Parker Therapy Solutions, Inc. provides Online (Telehealth) Counseling Services for those who reside in the state of California. We utilize a secure video
conferencing platform to ensure your privacy. Telehealth is not appropriate for individuals who have severe mental illness, active suicidal thoughts or
self-harming behaviors.
Coaching Services are available to anyone, regardless of where they reside. Coaching is most appropriate for individuals seeking to achieve a
specific goal, and who are not seeking mental health counseling.
Consultation Services are available in the areas of DEI, Mental Health Program Development and Leadership Development.
Individual Therapy

One on one counseling session with a licensed therapist. The focus is on improving individual quality of life, strengthening relationships, development and improvement of coping skills, and addressing past hurt and trauma, all while working towards client's individualized goals.
Couples Counseling

Couples Counseling
Couples are seen together with the goal of improving and enhancing their relationship. It allows couples to address a variety of issues, including: Conflict, Infidelity, Communication Problems, Sexual Dissatisfaction, Pre-marital Issues, and External Stressors. The therapist works with the couple towards a shared vision for the relationship.

Workshops and Professional Development (PD) Trainings are customized to meet your specific needs. Topics include DEI, Mental Health and Wellness, Team Building, Conflict Resolution, and Social Justice. Training includes research-based, culturally responsive methods to increase safety, diversity, equity,and inclusion in the workspace. Workshops and PD focus on interpersonal and professional development of team members and promote job satisfaction through empowerment, collaboration, and self-care.
Individual Clinical Supervision for ASWs
$100
Dr. Parker is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides individual clinical supervision for unlicensed social workers (ASWs) in the state of California. ASWs must have their associate number and be employed by an outside agency. An agency agreement must be in place prior to the start of supervision.
